A free editor to create procedures and functions for scripts in SQL for Oracle.

If, as a programmer, you often work with Oracle databases, then you could find this tool, called Package Uploader, really useful. It lets you design packets, procedures and functions (in SQL Scripts format) to attack databases in Oracle.

Via these scripts in SQL that you create with Package Uploader you can attack a database, update it, modify it, etc. It also lets you group all the functions and procedures you create into just one packet.

Obviously, in order to use Package Uploader, you need to previously have installed the Oracle database client.
